A Plane That Almost Hit Me |

I was flying my Phantom 4, on January 30th, 2017, over Lake Conroe, in Montgomery. Texas. My altitude was was well below 400 feet, when all of a sudden, a small plane, flew very close to my Phantom 4. As you can see in the video, the plane was actually lower than my Phantom. The pilot was being very reckless, and made several passes over the lake, just above tree-top level.
